Assessment of good price-to-cash-flow ratios

Cash flow ratios measure financial solvency and are believed to be a greater measurement of a company's financial strength than the price to earnings ratio. The lower the cash flow ratio, the more cash a business has available to manage a business. If the cash flow ratio is low enough, it may indicate an undervalued investment opportunity.
